Sailing into the future with you

This ship is sailing into the hands of some dear friends celebrating a special event this weekend! All hand sewn which was very fun for me to do. Thanks to all of my sewing elders and friends who have encouraged me. Sewing calms the spirit and brings joy!

Just finished our third night playing at the North Wales Bluegrass Festival!!!!! We love this festival so very much, it's been amazing to be back after two years away. Here we are backstage...

Alley cat in Filey. Very friendly and soft. Thought Kim & Momwould like this one. Just finished rehearsing for tonight's concert at Dreamer's Folk in Redruth, Cornwall. It's good to be among these kind, strong-voiced folks!

Minnie Mouse!!!

The perfect end to our visit to California -- we met Russi Taylor, the voice of my favorite Disney character, Minnie Mouse!!!!! I was so gobsmacked that I couldn't speak. I didn't even tell her that I was Minnie for three Halloweens & for the Disney half marathon. My mind went blank when she spoke in Minnie! AND she had pink hair like I've always wanted....my my my;)
